Heidi Tullmann started painting signs at age 22 while living on a Caribbean island. The utilitarian nature of sign painting has allowed her to travel extensively, barter, and ultimately carve out a creative path on her own terms. Currently based in Port Townsend WA, she still loves bending rules and leaning into the mystery. Besides loving Björk, this phrase about courage speaks to Heidi's own experiences with loss and fear, and the spirit of showing up anyway.
