Return Policy

We have a 30-day exchange and store credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it and receive shopping credit (no refunds or cash back).

PATRON MEMBERSHIPS AND ITEMS FROM THE CURRENT EXHIBIT CATEGORY ARE FINAL SALE AND INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an online return, you can contact us at wearehappyanyway@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3125 SE Belmont Street, Portland, OR, 97214 and customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
-Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as food, flowers and personal care goods.

-Pieces from our rotating museum/gallery collections are final sale and are not eligible for return.

-We do not offer returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Returns for store credit or exchange:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given a digital store credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at wearehappyanyway@gmail.com.
